NETWORK ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & CONFIGURATION – HOTEL NOESIS
I consulted for the hotel and designed the end‑to‑end network architecture, made recommendations for the suitable internet bandwidth capacity requirements, the IP addressing strategy for the hotel, delivering a scalable, and fully segmented infrastructure. The project involved creating isolated network environments for key hotel operations, including Staff network, IPTV services, IP surveillance (CCTV), VoIP communication systems. In addition to the network architecture. I provided comprehensive recommendations for the hotel’s data centre setup, including the adoption of a Proxmox Hypervisor to efficiently run and manage the core infrastructure. I also advised on the selection of an appropriate data centre rack, covering specifications, delivery, and assembly. This deployment enhanced the hotel’s initial infrastructure setup and supported a seamless business rollout. It also strengthened overall security through proper network isolation and established a resilient foundation for the hotel’s future digital transformation initiatives.
DATACENTRE & BRANCH NETWORK DEVICE UPGRADE – FINANCE TRUST BANK
Led the upgrade of Head Office and DR DataCentre Equipment, Upgrade of 27 Finance Trust Bank branch devices, deploying modern network equipment to enhance reliability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. This initiative has significantly improved operational efficiency, cost efficiency and laid the foundation for scalable connectivity across the bank.
SOPHOS FIREWALL DEPLOYMENT – KIRUDDU, MSWNH & KAWEMPE NATIONAL REFERRAL HOSPITALS
Led the successful deployment of SOPHOS firewalls across Kiruddu, MSWNH and Kawempe Referral Hospitals, enhancing network security and operational resilience. The implementation ensured robust perimeter protection, secure access control, and improved threat detection across critical healthcare infrastructure. This project contributed to safeguarding sensitive patient data and maintaining uninterrupted hospital connectivity.
MIGRATION OF THE NETWORK FABRIC FOR THE PPDA & URF OFFICES FROM THE OLD SITES TO THEIR NEW OFFICES
Planned, designed, and configured a comprehensive network architecture for the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority (PPDA) and the Uganda Road Fund (URF). The solution integrated secure data connectivity through the CISCO Firepower, CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, wireless access points and branch site connections. Achieved full deployment without need for any additional equipment, despite the expansion of service features—demonstrating resource efficiency and strategic planning.

HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ROLLOUT – MULAGO NATIONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL (Pilot)
Led the rollout of the Hospital Management System for Uganda’s national hospitals, beginning with Mulago National Hospital as the pilot site. Oversaw the optimization of hospital network connectivity to ensure seamless access across departments. Coordinated effectively with the offshore development team in India and the off-premise application host providers at NITA Uganda to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Managed user onboarding, role-based access control, and monitored application responsiveness to enhance user experience. Conducted training sessions for medical staff, equipping them with the skills to navigate and utilize the system efficiently. This project laid the foundation for scalable digital health service delivery across Uganda’s public healthcare sector
